Who Exhibits?

Whether a professional service, or a one of a kind handmade bridal accessory, all segments of the wedding industry are invited to exhibit with the Fraser Valley Wedding Festival. We also have a policy to only allow a limited number of Exhibitors from each business category, to eliminate in-show competition. Here are the general wedding vendor categories:

Your BEST opportunity to get noticed by our most motivated attendees: our famous Gift Bags!

A huge feature of the show that draws attendees to line up early, are our limited-quantity gift bags. These coveted treasures are given to the first 150 couples who enter the show. (100 are given to VIP ticket holders, and the remaining 50 are given to the first General Admission Bride or Groom ticket holders through the door.) All booth Exhibitors are required to contribute content for the gift bags. This is a fantastic publicity opportunity. We ask that you provide a coupon or voucher that meets a minimum $25 value. For example, a small coupon card for $25 off your services when purchasing a minimum order of $200, etc., a small gift or object with an SRP of $25 each, etc. We kindly ask that the 150 pieces are delivered to our offices in Downtown Langley a week prior to the show. For creative ideas to stand out and get noticed in these bags, please contact your booth representative. We’re full of great ideas that we can customize to your business!

Show Day Marketing Opportunities

Build Your Database With Door Prizes and Booth Draws

An excellent way to build your database is by having a door prize at your booth, encouraging qualified attendees provide you with their contact information for later follow up. You bring the prize, and we can provide you with the ballots and bags. This is not mandatory, but it is an excellent marketing opportunity with high visibility. Please note that to be eligible, the minimum value must be $50. Vendors can draw the winning ballot at the end of the show. We ask that you contact the winner directly to arrange pick up or delivery of the prize. And we are ALWAYS pleased to give extra exposure on social media if you can tell us about these pries in advance of the show!

Fashion Show

Our interactive fashion show is unique, and allows attendees to get up-close and personal with the gowns and accessories. Professional models will walk the stage while wearing full hair, makeup, and accessories for bridal party wear. Gowns are provided by our exclusive bridal gown Exhibitor, Everything But The Groom. After the main fashion show, models then walk to show floor and allow Attendees to take photos and get a close look at gowns they like. This is also an excellent opportunity for makeup and hair artists, jewellery, and accessory retailers to create real connections and opportunities with our attendees.
