Who Exhibits?
Whether you offer a professional service, or a one of a kind handmade bridal accessory, all segments of the wedding industry are invited to exhibit with the Fraser Valley Wedding Festival. We also have a policy to only allow a limited number of Exhibitors from each business category, to eliminate in-show competition. Here are the general wedding vendor categories:
Accessories, Bachelor and Bachelorette, Bartending Services, Cakes and Specialty Pastry, Catering, Decor and Event Setup, DIY, Event Planners, Financial Planning, Food and Wine, For the home, General Gifts, Guest Thank You Gifts, Music and Sound, Officiants, Photographers and Photo Booths, Spa and Personal Care, Transportation, Travel and Destination Weddings, Venue, Venues and Accommodation, Floral, Wedding Wear.
NEW Branded tote bags!
FVWF will now provide a tote bag for all Attendees, to collect their goodies. It is encouraged for all Exhibitors to hand out a
special gift and coupon discounts. This is a fantastic publicity opportunity, and we hope you consider something special. If you are handing out product samples, please let us know so we can ensure it’s included in our advertising.

- Network with other wedding Exhibitors to expand your industry connections.
- Whether you’re a new Exhibitor or one of our longtime partners, you always have access to consultation, advice, and experience from the FVWF team of professional trade show managers and marketers.
Show Day Marketing Opportunities
Exhibitors are not required to contribute a door prize or booth draw, but it is strongly encouraged as an excellent marketing opportunity with high visibility. Please note to be eligible, the minimum value must be $50. We will hold Feature draw spots, which will encourage attendees to “stick around” to win as you must be present to win. We reserve the right to review all prize submissions for appropriateness and suitability. We hope all our vendors participate.
We ask that you contact the winner directly to arrange pick up or delivery of the prize. And we are ALWAYS pleased to give extra exposure on social media if you can tell us about these pries in advance of the show!

Show Schedule
To keep attendees engaged, (pun intended!) there is a steady stream of activity happening throughout the show, including a selfie station and center stage demos! Announcements are made from our central podium on the main stage. Our DJ will be playing music throughout the event and coordinating with lighting and other electronics on an ongoing basis. Show schedule is published on signage at the event and in our show program.

We have always prided ourselves on doing things a little differently than any other wedding event, and we also love to promote the Fraser Valley! Our couples are selective and creative, and love to work with both small and large companies to create something magical for themselves and their families, something that will last a lifetime. Exhibitor locations may be subject to change. Please note if you are an Exhibitor, you’ll be placed by our Show Managers so as to not conflict with neighbouring Exhibitors.
