Please note that your booth is not secured until we receive complete payment.
Payment is due for all Exhibitors within 3 days of receiving invoice. Booths not paid for by August 30 2024, will be removed from the floor map.
Who Exhibits?
Whether you offer a professional service, or a one of a kind handmade bridal accessory, all segments of the wedding industry are invited to exhibit with the Fraser Valley Wedding Festival. We also have a policy to only allow a limited number of Exhibitors from each business category, to eliminate in-show competition. Here are the general wedding vendor categories:

Show Day Marketing Opportunities

While participation in this aspect is entirely voluntary, we highly encourage you to consider contributing a door prize or a major prize to be gifted during the show.

Live Prize Draws Throughout the Day
All prize draws will be conducted live at the event, ensuring a dynamic and exciting experience for attendees and contributors alike. This continuous engagement keeps the energy high and the focus on our exhibitors.
A Note on Booth Rates and Contributions
We strive to maintain affordable booth rates to ensure broad participation. The generosity of our exhibitors in contributing to the prize draws plays a crucial role in this effort. While we suggest a minimum value of $50 for each donated prize to ensure a meaningful impact, we welcome contributions of any size. Should you choose to contribute an item of lesser value, we may pair it with other non-competing offers to create a more substantial prize package.

If you’re interested in donating a door prize or need more information, please contact Liz or Judy at the links below on this page. Your early commitment allows us to plan more effectively and ensures your brand is prominently featured in our pre-event promotions.
We reserve the right to review all prize submissions for appropriateness and suitability.
We ask that you contact the winner directly to arrange pick up or delivery of the prize. And we are ALWAYS pleased to give extra exposure on social media if you can tell us about these pries in advance of the show!

NEW: Centre Stage
Introducing Centre Stage at the FVWF, your chance to shine and highlight your specialty! We’re
offering select vendors the opportunity to take center stage for a 10-15 minute immersive
demonstration. This isn’t just about talking – it’s about providing a captivating showcase of what you
can offer. If you think this is for you, please reach out to Liz or Judy to discuss. This is of no
additional cost to you however please consider offering a prize to really get the crowd excited.
Show Schedule
To keep attendees engaged, (pun intended!) there is a steady stream of activity happening throughout the show, including a selfie station and center stage demos! Announcements are made from our central podium on the main stage. Our DJ will be playing music throughout the event and coordinating with lighting and other electronics on an ongoing basis. Show schedule is published on signage at the event and in our show program.

We have always prided ourselves on doing things a little differently than any other wedding event, and we also love to promote the Fraser Valley! Our couples are selective and creative, and love to work with both small and large companies to create something magical for themselves and their families, something that will last a lifetime. Exhibitor locations may be subject to change. Please note if you are an Exhibitor, you’ll be placed by our Show Managers so as to not conflict with neighbouring Exhibitors.
